专利摘要:
A method of chilling poulty utilising an overhead conveyor system from which the individual birds are conducted suspended through the various stages. They are first conducted through a chamber (I) in which they are washed by spraying with fresh water of drinking quality, then through a chilling chamber (II) where water of drinking quality is sprayed at less than +4 degrees C to chill them, and then finally through a draining and cold air drying chamber (IIIe where the air conditions are regulated. The temp. and water content of the birds leaving the chilling chamber are regulated. After the final air drying stage, the birds are automatically removed from the conveyor at various predetermined points. Pref. the negative thermal energy from the water dained off in the chilling chamber is utilised for the preliminary cooling of the water flowing into the chilling process. By avoiding any dipping into a bath, cross-infection between separate birds is avoided. Water absorption is also minimised. Thermal energy is conserved.

one
The invention relates to poultry processing industry, namely, devices for fastening bird carcasses on an overhead conveyor.
A device for fastening bird carcasses on an overhead conveyor is known, comprising a frame with clamping elements and guide rails for engaging with these elements 1.
A disadvantage of the known device is that it is not very useful in operation when automatically resetting bird carcasses from the conveyor.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability in operation when dumping bird carcasses from the conveyor.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a known device comprising a frame with clamping elements and guide rails for interacting with these elements, the clamping elements are fixed on the frame by means of pivots with the possibility of tilting and are provided with each counterweight.
In this case, the frame is provided with an additional clamping element rigidly fixed and p ic located in its central part.
In addition, the lower end of the frame has a bent section, and the clamping element is a bar tray and is located on this frame section, with the trunnions and the counterweights equally spaced from the center of gravity of the tray.
Figure 1 shows the proposed device, front view; Figure 2 is the same side view; Fig. 3 shows a proposed device with an additional clamping element, front view) Fig. 4 is a variant of the device, in which the clamping element is a bar tray; Figures 5 and 6 are the same, front view and top view.

Claims (3)
[1]
The mounting device for bird carcasses on the overhead conveyor contains frame I with clamping elements 2 2 and guides 3 for interacting with these elements. At the same time, the clamping elements 2 are made acute-angled and fixed on the frame by means of pins 4 with the possibility of tilting in the direction of the arrows 5. The clamping elements 2 are connected through rods 6 with counterweights 7. in order to provide between both. clamping elements required clearance for easy suspension of the bird at one or both ends of the element 2 are fixed adjustable by the method of the board 8, which limits the closed position with the stop. The guide rails 3 serve to rotate the posts b and the associated clamping elements 2 and counterweights 7 around the trunnions 4 in the direction of the arrows 5 in an arbitrary place, thus, due to such an increase in the gap between the elements 2 both are baked automatically. The device with an additional clamping element (FIG. 3) differs from the one shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 by the presence of an additional clamping element rigidly mounted on the frame 1 in its central part 9 installed symmetrically with respect to the clamping elements 2 that are tilted in the direction of the arrows 5. 4-6, the lower end of the frame 1 has a bent section 10, and the clamping element is a bar tray 11, which is located on the section 10 of the frame. Moreover, the pins 4 and the counterweights 7 are located at an equal distance from the center of gravity of the tray. The tray may have an arbitrary shape suitable for receiving poultry, and is made mesh. In the proposed design, the tray has a prismatic shape in cross section, has a grooved construction in the longitudinal direction. As can be seen from the structures of the device, the bird comes into contact with the clamping elements only with its small part, which ensures compliance with sanitary processing standards. The device works as follows. The legs of the bird are inserted into a predetermined gap between the clamping elements 2, where they remain then hanging on their ankle joints, or the bird is placed on the tray 11. The proposed device can be used in the process of cooling the bird. With a continuous pumping motion of the conveyor, the bird passes the washing compartment, where it is washed and cleaned, and then enters the pre-cooling room, draining the water and drying it with cold air. Then the bird is transported to the automatic races where automatic unloading from the conveyor takes place. At the moment of unloading, at an arbitrary location, the rod 6 interacts with the skewed guide tires 3. At the same time, the rods and, together with them, the clamping elements 2 and the counterweights 7 rotate around the pins 4 in the direction of the arrows 5, the clamping elements release the bird’s legs and she is. is dropped onto the receiving conveyor. When the frame leaves the zone of interaction with the tire 3, the counterweights return the clamping elements to their original position. Similarly, the carcass is dumped from the bar tray. The proposed design, in its automatic and continuous mode, is reliable and easy to maintain and maintain. The clamping elements that are in contact with the bird are hygienically perfect and easy to clean, and they also have a corrosion-resistant surface. As the kupititsa is in contact with the clamping elements only to a small extent, the device provides product-hygienic and bacteriological conditions for the treatment of the birds. Claim 1. Device for attaching poultry carcasses to an overhead conveyor, comprising a frame with clamping elements and guiding tires for interacting with these elements, characterized in that, in order to improve the reliability of the poultry carcass from the conveyor, the elements are fastened to the frame by means of axles with the possibility of tilting and are provided with each counterweight.
[2]
2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the frame is provided with an additional clamping element rigidly fixed and located in its central part.
[3]
3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower end of the frame has a bent portion, and the clamping element is a bar tray and is located on this portion of the frame, with the trunnions and counterweights equally spaced from the center of gravity of the tray.
